In response to the Biden Administration announcing today that half of all U.S. adults have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19, Protect Our Care’s Coronavirus War Room Spokesperson Michael Feldman issued the following statement:
“Today’s milestone is a historic achievement for the country’s fight against the pandemic and a testament to President Biden’s unwavering commitment to getting vaccine shots into arms as quickly as possible.
“The moment President Biden took office he took immediate action to turn around the disastrous vaccine program he inherited from the previous administration to one that’s vaccinated half of the U.S. adult population in just over four months.
“As deaths and hospitalizations plummet and cases across the country drop to pandemic-era lows it’s clear that President Biden’s determination to get America out of this crisis is paying off and we are closer than ever to bringing an end to this pandemic.”
