In response to the news that all U.S. adults are now eligible for the coronavirus vaccine, and that the U.S. passed the milestone of half of adults having received at least one dose of the vaccine, Protect Our Care’s Coronavirus War Room Spokesperson Michael Feldman issued the following statement:
“With all adults now eligible for the vaccine and half having received at least one dose, it’s clear that President Biden is delivering on his promise to get our country out of this crisis.
“From the moment he took office, President Biden has made the health and safety of the American people his number one priority and by getting shots into arms at a record pace and opening up vaccine eligibility to all adults, he has not wavered in his commitment to defeating the pandemic.
“Whether getting direct economic relief to Americans or significantly ramping up our nation’s vaccine program ahead of schedule, President Biden and his entire administration are taking all of the critical steps necessary to get our country back on track.”
